(Click on Product Name for Technical Data)
Prime Resins offers epoxy and polyurea joint seal fillers. These materials are used to keep dirt and debris out of cracks and control joints and to protect edges from forklift traffic damage. For information about installing Joint Fillers, see "Installing Joint Sealants". For quick, durable repairs of spalls and cracks in industrial floors check out the new Fast Fix 10.
Prime Seal 5000 is an epoxy joint fill material. It offers good impact resistance to protect joint edges from forklift wheels and other warehouse traffic. It can also be used to fill random cracks in warehouse and industrial facilities.
Prime Seal 5700 is a hybrid polyurea joint filler. It cures quickly, even at sub-zero temperatures. In many cases, warehouse areas where joints have been filled with Prime Seal 5700 can be put back into service in as little as one hour.
Busy Plant Managers know how costly
a shutdown can be. Every second that a line is not running,
or forklifts aren't moving, is wasted money. Now, Prime Resins
offers Fast Fix 10 to quickly repair damaged concrete floors
in busy industrial settings. This new, two component material
can be injected into cracks or mixed with aggregate to form
a repair mortar for spall repair with a manual caulking gun,
and in just 10 minutes, cures to form a tough (4500 psi) polymer.
Prime-Flex 985 is a two-component
urethane resin that produces a strong, rigid expanding resin.
Typical applications include filling wet voids, underslab
sealing, and filling abandoned pipelines and storage tanks.
