Prime Bond Epoxy Bonders - The Concrete Bonding Solution

Epoxy bonding agents have a variety of uses. They help bond new concrete to old and can be a sealer for concrete floors. When mixed with sand, they make a great patching mortar or machinery base plate grout. The Base Plate Grout Kit comes complete with a slow setting bonding epoxy and aggregate that can be blended to a mortar for filling large voids and grouting base plates of heavy equipment. The Prime Patch Kit 3700 is available for small spall repairs and rebuilding spalled joint nosings in warehouse floors.
Prime Bond 3000 is an excellent general purpose epoxy bonding agent. It has good working time and high strengths. It can be mixed with dry sand to make a repair mortar for horizontal surfaces.
Prime Bond 3100 Medium Mod is formulated to use when a quicker setting bonding agent is needed. Prime Bond 3100 Medium Mod can also be used as a general purpose coating for concrete floors. This product conforms to ASTM C-881 Type I, II, IV and V, Grade 2, Class B & C.
Prime Bond 3200 Low Mod is our most flexible epoxy bonding agent. It can also be mixed with dry aggregate to make a repair mortar, or as a binder for broadcast aggregate for a skid resistant coating. This product conforms to ASTM C-881, Type III, Grade 1, Class B & C.
Prime Bond 3900 High Mod LPL is a slow setting, general purpose epoxy binder/bonding agent. It is ideal for use in hot weather or in high temperature areas to increase working time. This product conforms to ASTM C-881, Type I, II, IV and V, Grade 1, Class B & C.
