Precision Lift System

Mud jacking with a cement product simply does not deliver the precision and consistent results that can be achieved with polyurethane foams. There are many advantages to chemical grouting:

Advantages for property owners, facility managers and governmental agencies (DOTs):

Only the Precision Lift System from Prime Resins targets the underlying causes of settling concrete prior to slab or structure lifting. This creates long-term advantages:

  • Erosion control
  • Soil stabilization
  • High-strength void fill
  • Precise slab lifting

Precision Lift provides scientific advantages, proven methods and a precise lifting action that can be controlled within 1/8” of the desired elevation. There are many contractors and engineering firms with a strong track record of successful projects using Precision Lift.

Determining which product to use will depend on what type of equipment you have available and the size of the project. Call Prime Resins at 1-800-321-7212 for more information on Precision Lift or to speak with a technical consultant who can advise on the best approach for your project.

See Slab Lifting With Precision Lift Foam for proper installation techniques.

In many cases, the settling or sinking of concrete is the result of a settling underlying substrate. Stabilizing that soil first is critical to the long-term success of a slab lifting procedure. The nature of the substrate will dictate which type of stabilization and products are necessary. Read more about soil stabilization and feel free to call a Prime Resins technical consultant for advice.

Once you have stabilized and consolidated the sub-grade, it is time for the Precision Lift process. A rapidly expanding foam is injected through small diameter holes directly beneath the slab in short bursts. By speeding up the reaction with heat and by controlling the amount of material that goes in beneath the slab, you are able to precisely control how much the slab is lifted.

This procedure requires specialized equipment and a well-trained technician. Prime Resins provides on-site training with the purchase of Precision Lift compact slab lifting system or fully-equipped trailers. (Financing through a major financial institution is available for qualified buyers of the trailer rigs. ) The industry’s best technical support is available 24/7.
