1/2" & 5/8" PACKERS
The original high-pressure injection ports are great for
both epoxy and polyurethane injection. We have been perfecting
these beauties for almost 20 years. Capable of holding pressures
up to 3000 psi. They are the best packers on the market.

3/8" BANG IN
PORTS
These low cost ports started a revolution in high pressure

EZ COUPLERS
(reducer, union, ez tube)
Connects the 1/4" static mixer from our Quick
Mix cartridges
directly to our low-pressure injection ports. The connection
reduces resin drip and allows the operator to concentrate
on the injection process rather than trying to keep the static
mixer in the port. |

QUICK MIX REDUCER BALL VALVE
Connects the 1/4" static mixer from our Quick
Mix cartridges
directly to our low-pressure injection ports. The ball valve
can be closed to reduce waste when moving from port to port.

If you are doing high-pressure injection, this inexpensive

STAINLESS STEEL GROUT NEEDLE
This ¼” stainless steel grout needle is 12”
long. Use it to penetrate rubber boots for leak sealing
at the manhole-pipe connection. It is also good for injecting
Prime-Flex polyurethane behind an activated oakum seal.
We also offer a model that attaches directly to the mix
nozzle of our Quick Mix and Single Shot cartridges. Longer
sizes available upon request.

OAKUM
Dry oakum is a must for stopping leaks in manholes. It can
also be used in combination with Prime-Flex 900 LVSF and
900 XLV for the Activated Oakum method of sealing joints
and pipe penetrations. Prime Resins’ oakum comes in
a 50 lb. and a 10 lb. box. The oakum strands may be separated
to produce 1000 feet of smaller strands.
