PROBLEM: Ground water infiltrating a newly constructed oil pit caused severe erosion of the soil under the floor and support columns which threatened the stability of the entire building.
SOLUTION: Prime-Flex 910, a hydrophobic polyurethane grout was injected into the soil to create a 5’ thick floor of solid grout to support a new concrete slab and to eliminate ground water infiltration. The support columns were laterally grouted underneath for support.
