Dear Friend and Associate,
As we approach the end of another great year, we'd like to
take this opportunity to thank you for your business. We hope
that you are finishing a successful year and are facing a
prosperous future. Our success is your success and we are
extremely grateful for your continued support.
All of us here at Prime Resins take great pride in our company,
our products, and especially our customers. We are constantly
evaluating how we can do a better job for you: our customer,
and we appreciate any feedback that you have to offer. During
this past year, one area of concern tops our list for causing
undue frustration for our customers and us: shipping. We define
this as getting the product you need from our dock to your
location in a reasonable amount of time and without damage.
Unfortunately for us, once the product leaves our dock, we
have no control over it. This has caused us much heartache
and headaches and we'd like to let you know that we are working
on a solution. But we need your help! By working together,
we can minimize the errors and get the product to you without
incident.
Here's how you can help:
• Our shipping carriers are having trouble meeting
their next day times, so if you don't need it in a hurry,
please choose a different shipping method.
• If your "next day" shipment is a must,
please consider adding a guaranteed delivery to your order.
This is a minimal additional charge that gives us both more
leverage with the carrier when dealing with lost, late or
damaged shipments.
• Please understand that any material marked hazardous
must go Fed Ex, if you need it overnight, or Freight LTL for
normal delivery.
• Once you accept and sign for a shipment, there is
no recourse with the carrier. If your shipment is short or
damaged, you must note the problems before you accept the
shipment. Prime Resins has no leverage against the carrier
if you have accepted a shipment as a good delivery.
• If you have a carrier of choice or your own shipping
account you would like to use, please let us know. We will
be happy to accommodate you. We will also welcome you to make
your own shipping arrangements if that is your preference.
As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions. Thank
you for your assistance in our mission to get our product
from here to there as painlessly as possible.
Sincerely,

Donnie Burros
Vice President

'Tis the Season to Fix Those Spalls
If
the approach of the holidays signals a slow in production
for your plant or distribution center, it may be the perfect
time to think of fixing those spalled or cracked areas of
your concrete floor. Prime Resins manufatures Fast Fix 10
and Floor Fix 10 that are used to repair damaged concrete
surfaces. These two component materials can be injected
into cracks or mixed with aggregate to form a repair mortar
for spall repair with a manual caulking gun, and in just
10 minutes, cures to form a tough (4500 psi) polymer. They
offer excellent chemical resistance and little to no odor,
making them ideal for quick and easy spot repairs.
