The Company
Founded in 1982, Prime Resins, Inc. formulates
and manufactures epoxy injection resins, floor coatings, bonders,
binders, and polyurethane chemical grouts. Our headquarters, laboratory,
and 48,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility are
located in the Atlanta suburb of Conyers, Georgia. Prime Resins
is committed to providing outstanding service to the concrete
repair industry by developing new and innovative products, and
by being actively involved in industry associations. In 1994,
Prime Resins became the first Supporting Member of the International
Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). Two company officers have served
as Presidents of this industry association.
Our Customers
Our customers are concrete repair specialists, utility contractors, and sewer/pipeline repair contractors. Because it is important to us that our customers are successful when they use our products, we maintain a toll-free technical support line staffed by knowledgeable technicians who can provide product information and application advice. We also conduct training seminars where customers can learn how to select and apply the right product for their repair project. Seminars include presentations of case histories of completed repair projects and "hands on" demonstrations and installations of various epoxy and polyurethane products. Customers who complete these seminars receive certificates that identify them as factory trained contractors.
Our Employees
Prime Resins is committed to maintaining a work environment where highly motivated employees are encouraged to provide superior customer service and produce cost-effective, high quality products. Through our Continuous Improvement Process and Employee Involvement Program, each employee is encouraged to participate in self-improvement activities, and to actively identify and implement improvements to the company’s customer service, manufacturing, and accounting functions.
Our Products
We manufacture several formulations of each type of epoxy resin and polyurethane grout. Many of these formulations were developed at the request of customers who specified the product’s characteristics and identified its uses. Our products are packaged in containers that range from convenient 22-ounce "Quick Mix" cartridges to full drums and plastic totes. That means we can supply the required quantity of the most appropriate product for nearly every application. We also manufacture pumps, ports, and other application accessories designed to save time and minimize the amount of material needed to complete repair projects.

distributors throughout North America. Most distributors who stock
Prime Resins products also carry a wide variety of construction
